We limped into Moab from Colorado in the late afternoon with a serious vibration at any speed over 45 MPH. Earlier in the day we’d needed to be towed backwards out of a mud field and we guessed that strain might have thrown the rear end out of alignment or that we needed balancing or both. The folks at Grand Tire took us in at the very end of their day, jacked up the car and found enough residual mud inside the rims to throw the right tires (front and back) way out of balance. They were genuinely happy to find a simple solution to the problem. We were there about an hour. Charge to us: $0. Super nice folks and very classy.

Came to Moab for the weekend and when I arrived on Saturday evening the TPMS light came on so I took it to their shop on Monday morning and left my car. They promptly got it in the garage and a few minutes later I got a call from PJ informing me that there was no damage to any of the tires and I should be good to return back home that day about 3 hours away. I appreciated their honesty and amazing service. I highly recommend them!

Took in my flat tire for repair. They removed it from the rim and checked it out only to discover that it was only a loose valve stem core. Then they had to remount it. I also asked them to replace my battery with one that I purchased elsewhere. They took the time to check the battery, although I hadn't requested them to. It turned out that the original battery was not bad. So, they tightened the connection. All this was done on a busy Monday morning between 8:00 and 9:00 am. Then they didn't charge me for either the tire or battery work!

Hands down, one of the best places I’ve ever dealt with. I felt well taken care of and safety was of the greatest concern. Not just for me, but for all customers - as I overheard conversations while waiting.
